I have done this several times before but in this instance I am attaching three files to the outgoing email which l have not done before. When the email gets sent out it only has the first file attached (a pdf). There should be 2 pdf's and 1 word document. When I look at the email structure in Email2DB, at the bottom I can see the "attach" line which contains three paths to the files each separated with a ";"
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" =Msonormal>No matter what I try only one attachment gets sent out.

It just appears to not do so if the field is null.

If I set the trigger to process from beginning rather than last extract point then it seems to work ok and only sets the Title field even if field value is null. Their title is not mandatory so can be blank.

I've found that if the first field is null then it appears to get skipped and the remainder of the message checked for the same field. So in the example below if title is null then the extract moves to message title and first name and surname fields are ignored.

Title:

First name: mike

Surname: wills

Message Title: request for help

Phone number: 21222

As above the database will only get populated with title of "request for help" in the person title DB field and the phone number. The name fields will not get completed as they have been skipped (option to extract from last extract point used).

If Title is MR then all 5 fields are populated correctly. I have amended so that every extract always starts from the beginning but if title is null then it will still load the incorrect value into the person title field.

Is this something that can be resolved or is there another workaround?

Thanks
