All,
 
I have email2db working to upload to our Dynamics CRM without issue, but now I need to add some more functionality.
 
On my CRM opportunity I have a multirow entry that allows me to enter one or more data records relating to the opportunity. These records reflect the hardware that is to be ordered as part of the opportunity.
 
Does anyone have any knowledge of how I would upload not only the opportunity, but also the sub records that are associated with it?

Hi,
 
I am about to encounter a similar issue where we will be receiving emails encrypted by PGP and need to decrypt before processing via Email2DB.  We have PGP installed on our server so i was wondering if any progress was made on this thread?  If so it could prove extremely useful to us.

Another question, this may be easy but I'm not seeing it.

A message shows up and a trigger is activated. I'd like the action to be to save the message to a unique text file as there will be others.

Here's the situation in case there's a better way. Every day there are some number of report messages that should show up. I don't have to do anything with the messages other than validate that the proper count arrived for the specific day.

The counting code isn't that difficult as long as I have something to count. The counting happens at a certain time which I can work out along with some other logic that helps determine what to do when the count isn't as it should be.

I tried saving a text file with a variable in the name but that didn't work. The file was saved but the name had the variable in it instead of the value of the variable.

Hi Peterro,

This message means that you have conditions set against your trigger that the email is not matching. You can see the conditions that you have set in the trigger properties screen - the email would need to match all the conditions set under the "trigger conditions" section there in order to be processed.

When this shows up in the log, what does it mean? The trigger being used has one extracted field which it then saves the attachment and that's it. Why are there 4 'cancelled execution' messages?

I've re-read your explanation and the synchronous processing is now sinking in. This is unfortunate as I'm moving from an asynchronous platform and this is relatively easy to solve.

If you would, I still need my previous question answered. I'm not clear on what would perform an action 5min after the high temp message arrived when no all clear is received.
