An on call technician resolved the problem as soon as we were made aware by our monitoring tools. Once they restarted the connector the service was back to normal. Sorry for any convenience this may of caused you.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.parkersoft.co.uk/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1089" rel="nofollow">Daniel</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> Manually adding a report job<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03 Sep 2010 at 6:01pm<br /><br /><br>If you want to add a report job manually, you can do this by adding into the ReportJobs folder.<br><br>The file you add into the folder should have the externsion .wor and can be named anything.<br><br>Inside the file there should be 1 line:<br><br>&#091;SITEKEY&#093;{tab}&#091;DATE&#093;{tab}&#091;LEVEL&#093;<br><br>&#091;SITEKEY&#093; is the sitekey (number) for the site.&nbsp; You can get this from inside the site properties on the server, at the top of the properties window, in square brackets.&nbsp; Only the number is needed.<br><br>&#091;DATE&#093; is the date of the report you want in the format YYYY-MM-DD.&nbsp; This should be the last date in the period. <br><br>&#091;LEVEL&#093; 1 for Daily, 2 for Weekly, 3 for Monthly.<br><br>]]>

Looks like I wasn't too far off. It didn't work for a while until I realised that when Email2Db read the CSV file it drops the "ÿ"&nbsp;and just leaves the "".
