Hi Edwin,
Is the error from within a Email2DB basic script? If so there is a list of errors in the help file within the basic editor...
If you choose Help - Submit Support Incident from the Email2DB administrator, this will send us the error log which I can use to find what the problem is.. I will also be able to look at any scripts.
Thanks
Steve

When trying to create and save a trigger to parse a subject line into three fields, I get the following entry in the PSL.LOG:
2005-11-12:00:23:17 *Email2DBServer Object variable or With block variable not set From frmPOP.GetLastDates

Hi James,
It could be a database issue.. Have you had an earlier version of Email2DB on the machine at some point?
Please install the latest build from:
http://www.parkersoft.co.uk/downloads/em2dbsp16.exe
Then close Email2DB and delete the old DB file from:
C:\Documents and settings\All users\Application data\Parker Software\Email2DB\Email2DB.VDB
Then restart Email2DB
This will reset the Email2DB checked messages database.
Let me know if this resolves the error message. If not I would like to connect to your PC using our remote support tool to check it out.
Yes - you can update MySQL. See http://www.email-2-db.com/help/Updating_MySQL_Databases_Using_Email2DB.htm
Many Thanks
Steve
