Just installed and evaluating software. Email2DB has moved all my inbox to the folder that I configured in one Trigger and now all the messages has "received time" changed to today !!! However If I open one of the messages, in the Internet Headers still I can see the original arrived time of the message. PLEASE HELP. How can I revert this ? Is there any tool I can use to assign the received date and time to the correct date I see in Internet Heades of the message? I just uninstall the software...but all remains the same.... |

Hi,
Email2DB wont do anything unless you set it up to do so. You must have created an Account to read from an Outlook folder and move processed messages to another folder. Outlook itself changes the date when you move a message (not Email2DB).
Email2DB would not have done any of the above itself - unless you had created the account and trigger. You would have then answered YES when Email2DB asked you 'Do you want to enable this trigger now?'.
The only way to revert is to restore from your backup.
