I can't really understand how there's only one Prospect trigger for a whole site. Much as I love WhosOn for other reasons, this is another useless feature in our context. I do have Prospect Detection enabled, but with just one line
*/thispage.php OR */thisotherpage.php OR */yetanotherpage.php
and
Start Checking After Visits = 0
Visitor Views Any Pages = 1
Spends Minutes Viewing = 1
Must View During a Single Visit = true
Of course, this ends up being the most primitive possible profile of a Prospect. I know of several permutations and page sequences that would actually enable me to figure out enough to do a Dynamic Invite Auto Send. But I can't add more than one profile/pipeline, which "rounds down" to making the feature unuseable.
There should be multiple distinct Prospect profiles -- even a hard limit of, say, 10 would be fine for us -- so that we can actually register people's real trends to (a) have useful stats but also (b) be sure enough to ask them to chat.
What you have to understand is that some sites have users that are already customers (in our case, registered users of a web app) and we don't want to drive them away with bad guesses leading to annoying popups. I want to be able to give them prods as to areas of the site that might help them more than where they currently are, or guide them in how to use features that their viewing history suggests they might like, but I can't use such a simplistic "AI" is is currently offered.
I hope you can consider creating true, distinct pipelines.

Thanks for the feedback.
Yes - I agree, multiple Prospect Detection rules would be good and it is on this list. I'll see if we can bump this up to get it done for the next service pack.
