Downtime for Hosted9 2010-9-5

   Hello all,

Hosted9 was down for a period of Sunday morning (2010-9-5) and resolved to normal status at 11am British Summer Time. 
There was an error with the database connector service internally that require a restart of the connector. An on call technician resolved the problem as soon as we were made aware by our monitoring tools. Once they restarted the connector the service was back to normal. Sorry for any convenience this may of caused you.
