DNS Issues - Event Date: 22 Sep 2010

   Our DNS Provider Nettica appears to be having issues with a DDoS attack, which is causing the DNS lookups to time out.

It appears that the situation is improving and a higher proportion of requests are getting through, but until this is resolved, you may have issues accessing the servers, or chatting our websites.

I'll post here when this is fully resolved.

	Issue seems to now be resolved - attack has been dealt with; we are looking at adding additional backup DNS servers now for further redundancy.
