My WhosOn client software quit remembering my login info. I re-entered the info and i get the following error message:
“Error Path/File access error From SaveSettings This information has been saved in the C:\Users\Gene\AppData\Roaming\Parker Software\WhosOn Client\WhosOn.LOG file”
And then the program won’t
close. It locks up and I have to do a ctrl+alt+delete > program not
responding > end task. |

Hi,
This would indicate that the Client program does not have rights to save its settings in the Users folder. This will be a local machine issue - the client needs to have Write access to the Users settings folder. By default all Windows machines will allow this, so some security policy must be in place on your computer preventing it.
Make sure you had Admin access when you installed the client.
Try running the Client 'As Administrator' - you shouldnt have to do this but it may solve your issue.
