We will be releasing WhosOn Installable 2011 Q2 this week. This post lists the main new features:  
Q2 New Features

Customer Support Ticketing
New module for the WhosOn Enterprise Edition.
Customer support tickets can be created during chat sessions.
Tickets can also be created via a web form or incoming emails using Email2DB.
Operators respond to tickets via their WhosOn Client. Customer receives and replies to tickets via email.
Automated skills-based ticket distribution based on content.
Unlimited custom fields.
Tickets and responses can contain attachments.
Full ticket thread shown on responses.
Customers can view ticket progress via web link.
Real time view of tickets shown in the WhosOn Client.
Operators only see tickets that are assigned to their department/skill.

WhosOn Client
Now uses Office 2010 style interface.
Improved monthly summary view.
Can now play different sound when new chat lines received if window doesnt have focus.
WhosOn Gateway
Can now run inside IIS using the fastcgi interface. Removes the requirement to have separate IP address for visitor tracking if you want to use port 80.
Chat Window
Support for IE9.
WhosOn Server
Improved performance of overnight database maintenance procedures. Some updates would timeout on large databases. This is now fixed.
Geo-IP updated to April 2011
