Hello,

This is just a short guide on how to save messages from the message store so that you can forward problem emials over to our support team.

This is something that we at support may ask for to help debug specific issues or if you wish us to perform some professional services and develop part or all of a system for you.

First we need to be within the Email2DB Administrator application, once in here click the "View Processed Messages" button or the "View My Messages" button.
Message Store Buttons

You will then be presented with the Message Store window.
You then need to double click the message that you want to save.
Double Click your Message

Then click Save As and save the file to a location of your choosing.
Click Save As!

Once you have saved all the messages that you send over to us at support just add them all to a zip file.

To do this you can either highlight the messages then right and click Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder to use the windows built in zipping utility or you use you favorite compression toll to do this.
Compress those emails

Once all this is done you are then free to email that zipped file over to support, we are then able to take a look at the original email format to help diagnose problems with processing specific message types.

Thank you,
Liam
