General Settings not showing

   I'm evaluating this product.   
It installed easily and I can see the new tab in IIS.

My question is the online help docs refer to a "general settings".  The help is not clear if this is another tab or if I need to run some other program besides IIS to see this or what.   Anyway, I don't see "general settings" anywhere.

Can someone who has this tell me where it is or is suppose to be?
