In the past, we have been pointing Email2DB towards an external email server & downloading emails to process against triggers. Now that we have upgraded to Enterprise and have the emails arriving into Email2DB User accounts, what is the recommended approach?
1) Point the existing Action to a pop read of the User account on Email2DB? or 2) ? Some other direct form of operating on the User account inbox? or ?? What is the recommended approach?

Hi,
If you have setup the Email2DB Mail Server to receive email directly then the best approach is to setup Email2DB Accounts to receive SMTP directly. Messages will be processed as they are received for best performance. Dont receive messages for Email2DB Users and the read these via POP3 on another Email2DB Account - this will be much slower - and affectively double the processing load. Steve
