I seem to be getting inconsistent behavior. sometimes I see database errors, other times I see nothing so I don't know what's preventing the trigger from running. How do I get all the log tabs to show up at the bottom?
ie. yesterday I had only 3 log tabs, then I closed them accidentally. I restarted and now I have 5 log tabs but none show that my trigger failed. in processed messages, it shows successful but nothing was inserted to my table.
I created an update custom database trigger to insert a record to a table, when I tested it, it worked once. When I Force Run, processed messages said they matched and successful. When I click on Trigger Process Log it doesn't show that trigger ran.
I noticed this before when I had 2 triggers, one to log to text file, one to update db. it kept only running the log to text file. eventually I disabled that then got the update db error. right now I have just one trigger - update db and it's not running and I can't troubleshoot w/o error reporting.

You will need to submit a support incident so we can see your settings.
Use the Submit Support Incident button in the Email2DB Admin.
To reset the tabs - choose File - Reset Window Layouts option in the Email2DB Admin. This will reset all docking panes to their defaults.
