The option to allow visitor to pre-select operator is not working. The option to choose department works fine. Please help!

The code uses: include.js?domain=swiftvin.edirectglass.com

Hello Gary,

The operator selection in the opening message is a feature that is being depreciated and will be completely removed in the next release. Therefore as it stand this feature will not function.

The recommended solution would be to use "Skilled based" chat routing if you are looking to route chats to specific operators. For more information on skilled based routing please see:  http://support.whoson.com/help/chat_routing.htm?zoom_highlightsub=skill
