I'm hoping somebody can help shed some light on our issue. We have used email2db for years and its been fine. Nothing has changed on the server of late but email2db seems to have stopped saving emails?

Everything looks fine, no error messages, can see the mailbox, SQL looks good. But nothing is being saved. I did mess around trying to stop start services, and during this it started up and managed to save 1 email but then stopped?

Tried creating a new account. Tried creating a new DB and creating fresh triggers, but still not saving?

Any ideas?

Have you looked in the Messgae Processor logs under the Service Status tab? That is usually where it indicates a problem with messages that actually reach Email2DB.

If thre is nothing in the MEssage Processor log next go back and check the Edger Server log to make sure it is actually pulling in bulk data in the first place.
