In the past we have used your tool to extract a .csv file attachment from an email for processing.  Our customer that was sending us this data changed their process and now they send us an email with an email attached and within that attached email is our .csv file we need to process.  Can Think Automation extract an attachment from an email attachment like this?

Hi ZekelmanEDI,

Yes it would be possible, though you would need to save the attached Email using Process Attachments to a folder and then use a File Pickup account type, to read in the file structure saved Email. You would then be able to run your previous actions.

Alternatively, you could take the CSV and save that to a folder and use the Excel/CSV account type to read the file directly.

The choice is for you to decide, but it sounds like it can be solved with further configuration.
Best Regards,

Okay that makes sense I'm hoping the customer will revert back to their normal way of sending us the files but if they don't glad there is an option.

"Alternatively, you could take the CSV and save that to a folder and use the Excel/CSV account type to read the file directly. "

I would say the second method. Bear in mind that ThinkAutomation will process each individual row on the spreadsheet as a new message.
