Hi,

We are running the final version of Version 3 using Office 365. Is it possible to use an O365 account without a O365 license to read a shared mailbox , If so how you would set this up?

You just need to create an account in the Email2DB, point it to the hostname of the Exchange server, and enter the mailbox username and password to connect Email2DB to it to pull in emails.
