Hi,

We are testing to process email from our gmail account.
We are able to connect to gmail and it had processed around 50 emails.

But it's giving following error.

Has been automatically paused due to repeated connection errors:
Error connecting to IMAP Server: imap.gmail.com ([10060] Connection timed out)

What does this mean? How to fix this?

Its possible Google is throttling the connection to your Gmail account. Please take a look their bandwidth limits here:

Hi Benjamin,

This is only happening with email2db V3.

I am connecting same email different folder using ThinkAutomation version 4.
And it's not showing the error.

That means the Email2DB computer was not able to connect to imap.gmail.com on the port you specified for some reason.

Email2DB is very old and as it was written in .Net 3.5 doesn't suport TLS 1.2, that could potentially be a reason.

I would suggest you begin troubleshoointg using Telnet and packet capture tools like Wireshark to find out why.
