Hi,
In the server we have Smart Host set up to use our public email address. Forwarding email is working and it is sending email as our public email. A) Wanted to do When we receive email from third party to our exchange email, We would like to send/move email from exchange email to our gmail and process the email from gmail. Would we be able to use email2db to send email as sender to our gmail? B) Done following Created Trigger action Send An Email as From: %msg_from% To: Our Gmail account. Subject: %msg_subject% And Add incoming attachment is selected. C) Even though trigger is successful didn't receive any email. Letter checked outbox inside email2db database saw this MailFrom and MailTo is email2dbserver@sender's domain and subject is Undeliverable:**** subject. in the Mime saw ... <CRLF>.<CRLF> 550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender Similar error happening as following discussion. Best Regards, Damodar

Hi Damodar, "550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender" That tells me the smarthost rejected the SMTP connection with the reason in the log. You should review that the 'from' email addresses in your emails are allowed to go through that smarthost, review SPF strings in TXT records, and also ensure the IP of the Email2DB computer is allowed to send email through that smarthost.
