Trying to use SQL 2017 as Message Store DB but connection failed even if ODBC connection work and triggers with connection to this DB worked.

You'll need to look at the ThinkAutomation services under services.msc (Windows application) and make sure they are set to run as a user that actually ahas access to your the database on your SQL server.
